Comprised of 99% psyllium hydrophilic mucilloid which is a natural substance that comes from the husk of the psyllium seed. The psyllium husk has a soluble fiber content of over 80% compared to less than 15% for oat bran and 10% for wheat bran. It is produced in powder and pellet form and combined with special flavoring.
